Height: 5'2.5
HW: 180+
LW: 125
CW: 163.8
I have been playing around this number since I put the weight back on in 2008.
GW1: 150
GW2: 140
UGW: 100
I am iffy on the UGW only because what I have in my head of toned muscle and all, may weight more so we shall see. However I do know when I was 125 I was a size 7, so I want to at least get down to a size 5
My brother is a state champion football coach! And it’s only his first year of coaching! So proud

Small workout while at work. Got full body #strength #training and a 15 minute #runningcircuit. It’s amazing the difference in #energy levels when you do strength first the cardio! Except for the unavoidable drunk cry I can count on from numerous girlfriends. However, the guys that look SO happy, yeah, I’ll take that.
